Update your card, download invoices or cancel in Stripe’s secure customer portal. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.
Moving to a different Mac
In Premiere, open the plugin’s ⚙ menu → License → Deactivate this Mac on the old Mac, then activate your key on the new one. Each subscription works on 2 Macs. If the old Mac is gone, you can replace it while activating on the new one.
What cancelling does
You keep full use until the end of the period you paid for. After that you can’t add or edit captions, but projects you captioned while subscribed keep rendering and exporting without a watermark on the Macs where they were activated.
