AnyCaptions 1.5.2: launch release notes
AnyCaptions is now available for Premiere Pro. Our first public release lets you turn Premiere's transcripts into styled, animated captions without leaving your edit.
Features at launch
- Transcript-based timing. Read words and timings from Premiere's transcript into your sequence.
- Animated captions. Choose Pop, Bounce, Fade or Slide entrances.
- Spoken-word highlights. Follow the speech with a colour highlight or a box behind the active word.
- Flexible word groups. Set how many words appear at once, split or merge captions, and edit text and timing.
- Templates and custom styling. Start with a built-in look, adjust fonts, colours, outlines, backgrounds and placement, then save your own templates.
- Live preview. See styling changes over your footage in the Program monitor with Live update enabled.
- Video and subtitle export. Render styled captions with your Premiere export, or export an SRT for separate text and timing.
